Before anything else, it is important to know this truth:

God loves you personally and deeply.

"For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son..."   John 3:16

His love is not based on your past, your mistakes, or your performance. It is based on who He is.

The Bible teaches that every person has sinned.

Sin simply means missing God's perfect standard—through thoughts, actions, and choices.

"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." Romans 3:23

Because of sin, people are separated from God. We cannot fix this separation on our own.

God did not leave us in separation.

He sent Jesus Christ to rescue us.

Jesus:

• Lived a perfect, sinless life
• Died on the cross for our sins
• Rose from the dead on the third day

"But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us."   Romans 5:8

Jesus took the punishment we deserved so we could be forgiven.

Jesus made a clear statement about how to come to God:

"I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."  John 14:6

Knowing Jesus is not about religion or rituals. It is about a relationship with Him.

You respond to Jesus through faith.

Faith means:

• Believing Jesus is who He says He is
• Trusting Him to forgive your sins
• Turning your heart toward God
• Following Him in your daily life

This is not about becoming perfect first. It is about coming to Him as you are.

You can talk to God right now. Prayer is simply speaking to Him honestly.

If you are ready, you can pray something like this:

“Jesus, I believe You are the Son of God. I believe You died for my sins and rose again. I ask You to forgive me. I trust You as my Savior and Lord. Please guide my life and help me follow You. Amen.”

When you trust Jesus, the Bible says something new begins:

• Your sins are forgiven
• You are made spiritually new
• You begin a relationship with God
• You are never alone again

"If anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come." — 2 Corinthians 5:17
